A Jobless man, who spent nearly 250,000 dollars on sex-chat phone lines, has been declared bankrupt.

The Sun told in April how Kevin Waldrum, 45, spent up to 22 hours a day talking to girls on 3 dollar-a-minute lines, the Daily Telegraph reported.

His phone bill was then said to be 149,000 dollars, but last week a judge declared him bankrupt.

Waldrum told the publication that he is relieved that it's over as it was making him sick.
