Manipur lad breaks world record in Limbo Skating

New Delhi, [India], Jan. 10 (ANI): Tiluck Keisam, an 8-year-old boy from Manipur, has set a benchmark by achieving a world record in farthest distance in Limbo Skating under bar at Siri fort stadium in New Delhi.

He covered 145 meters in 41 seconds with cones under the bars which were set at the height of 30 cm from ground level and with one meter gap between the cones.

Tiluck is a class III student of Bluebells School International in Delhi, and has been skating since 2013. He has won nearly 75 medals in several competitions. Besides, placing his name in the Limca Book Records, Tiluck is also a Guinness book of world record holder.

The child prodigy, currently, is the farthest distance Limbo Skater under bars in the world.

Tiluck exprssing his happiness said that finally he broke the world record.

Tiluck's father, Ricky Keisam, feeling proud of his child said that he always told his son to give his best and keep on trying till he suceeds.

Tiluck's coach, Rohtash Dinodia, said that he is very talented and we are giving him enough training so that he can give his best in the world skating.

We also want him to represent India in the Asian Games, he added.

The little wonder has a gruelling training regime and practises for seven hours daily.

Tiluck was also adjudged as the overall best Limbo Skater for the year 2014-15.
