Maple Assist Inc. announces the launch of the innovative mobile app for four leading colleges of Canada, namely Fanshawe College, Durham College, Georgian College and St. Clair College. The app will reach out to the global student market, which includes countries like India, China, Philippines, Japan, Brazil and Mexico. This app is projected to support over 100,000 international students coming to Canada.
The App was created to address a gap in the Canadian education system, which has been steadily gaining popularity as a study destination worldwide but was missing a direct interface between potential students and individual colleges and universities.
The Maple Assist App offers the opportunity for international students to access an extensive database of useful information about each Canadian college, their admission process, as well as details on preparing for and settling life in Canada. Created through the insight gained from students' experiences and official sources, the app provides authentic and relevant information at one's fingertips.
Vinay Chaudhry, founder and CEO of Maple Lead EduConnect Pvt. Ltd has initiated this new venture.
Maple Assist has offices in both Canada and India and has been developed in India.
"Being an international student in Canada myself, I wanted to address the need for a genuine database of college information all in one place," said Vinay Chaudhry on the need of such app.
Maple Assist is partnered with Scotia Bank, Air Canada and HDFC Credila, and has gained the interest of some major Canadian telecom companies and other service providers.
The launch of the Maple Assist app is on 21st of February 2018, 6 pm at the Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi.
What users from the beta release have to say about the App:
"This app is very useful for students coming to Canada for the first time." While KuriakoseEldho of Cochin, studying Business Human Resources in Canada, stated "It's perfect!" said KishanJivani, a resident of Ontario pursuing Practical Elements for Mechanical Engineering.
Review from our first College Partner -
"Fanshawe College is thrilled to be one of the first adopters of the Maple Assist app. As a result, Fanshawe is able to wrap its arms around Indian students earlier in the process, and provide the opportunity for students and their families to make an informed decision about their program, about Fanshawe, and about Canada," said Wendy Curtis, Executive Director (International) of Fanshawe College.
"The app is an extension of who we are and that is 'Fanshawe Cares'. We are immensely proud of our graduates who were recruited in the creation of the Fanshawe Assists app," she added.
