Morgan Carey, the 45-year-old singer's sibling, branded her an "evil witch," who refused to pay for hospital treatment for their dying sister, reports News.com.au.
Their sister Alison, a 54-year-old former prostitute from the New York City area, is HIV positive and awaiting brain and spine surgery.
Seems like, he thinks Mariah, owner of an estimated 666 million AUD fortune, has torn the family apart.
Venting his anger on the pet loving star, Carey said that she spends more on dog food "than it would cost to make sure her sister gets properly cared for."
Morgan even claimed the 'Hero' singer to be heartless and self-obsessed and failed to get in touch when his wife lost their baby.
