Mariah Carey seeks advice from Brett Ratner post ex-hubby split

Mariah Carey is seeking advice from director Brett Ratner after her split from former husband Nick Cannon, it has been revealed.

According to a source, the duo "speaks frequently" to each other, New York Post reported.

The 45-year-old posted photos of her and Ratner, who directed a number of Carey's music videos from her earlier albums, in December and in July she went with Ratner to the premiere of his movie "Hercules.
