The veteran actor Max Von Sydow has recently joined the cast of the American drama series 'Games of Thrones' sixth season.
The sources revealed that 'The Exorcist' actor will be playing the role of three-eyed Raven, which was originally played by Stuan Rodger at the end of season four, E! Online reported.
The sources added that this will not be the first time when American series will change its character as earlier Nell Tiger Free took over the role of Princess Myrcella Baratheon from Aimee Richardson in season five.
The famous American series is set to return to HBO in spring 2016.
