A couple from Virgina has won the lottery for the third time in a month.
Calvin and Zatera Spencer from Portsmouth had earlier won 1 million dollars in the Powerball drawing and then 50,000 dollars in the Virginia Lottery's Pick 4 game, USA Today reported.
The couple has now won 1 million dollars in the Virginia Lottery Scratcher of 100 Million dollars Cash Extravaganza.
Calvin Spencer has claimed that they aren't finished yet.
