Melanie Brown's mother, Andrea Brown recently tweeted about her daughter's split from her abusive husband Stephen Belafonte.
Andrea tweeted that now her daughter will never suffer with a vile abusive morning calls from Belafonte again as now she was free, the Daily Star reported.
The former Spice Girl member's film producer husband later denied that he didn't tortured the singer, and if there would have been something then the police or hospital or the person herself should have stood and said it.
The British recording artist's mother replied to this that on an average it takes 30 beatings for a woman to leave an abusive man.
The 39-year-old 'X-factor' judge appeared on the show with a swollen face, black eye and scratches on her arms and shoulder, but stayed quiet about her health issues.
