Mickey Rooney's wife has reportedly agreed to drop a legal claim over her husband's remains and he will ne now buried at Hollywood Forever cemetery, following a private family service.
The Oscar winning actor's conservator Michael Augustine asserted that a date for the funeral will be decided next week and he will also approach studio leaders so that another memorial service can be held for the public, CNN reported.
Augustine had earlier said in a court filing that he believed that the actor's estranged wife, Jan Rooney, and her son, Christopher Aber, would attempt to remove his body from Forest Lawn Memorial Park's mortuary.
