In the wake of the Las Vegas shooting, Miley Cyrus and Adam Sandler teamed up on 'The Tonight Show' for a moving duet.

Host Jimmy Fallon opened the show with words about the tragedy stating, "This morning, we woke up to the news of another senseless shooting. This time in Las Vegas. In the face of tragedies and acts of terror, we need to remember that good still exists in this world. We're here to entertain you tonight, and that's what we're going to do."

Cyrus took to the mic alongside Sandler on guitar and performed a moving cover of Dido's emotional tune 'No Freedom' for the studio audience.

"There's no love without freedom," they duet in the chorus. "No freedom without love."

The 'Malibu' singer helped Fallon close the show by performing 'The Climb,' a heartfelt number from 'Hannah Montana: The Movie.'

At least 59 people were killed and hundreds injured in the mass shooting in Las Vegas on Sunday.

The gunman, identified as 64-year-old Stephen Paddock, opened fire on concertgoers enjoying a country music festival in Las Vegas from the 32nd floor of a hotel.

The attack is being considered as the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history.
