Miley Cyrus has postponed her US tour and cancelled several shows following her hospitalization due to allergic reaction to the antibiotic cephalexin.
The teen star has been upset with the speculation surrounding her stay in hospital. Venting her anger on Twitter, she wrote "Shut the f**k up and let me heal."
She also asked people to stop scaring her family, friends, and fans.
The official statement mentioned that the 21-year-old singer will remain hospitalized and was under a doctor's care until they notice some improvement in her condition and was also asking for their sympathy and privacy at this time.
The American singer had previously tweeted that she could not stop crying, as she wanted to go back on tour and she was meant to be onstage performing for her fans and not supposed to be lying in a hospital bed.
