Several fans took pictures of the 'We Can't Stop' singer while others were left baffled to see her putting the underwear in her mouth during her Bangerz tour, News.com.au reported.
Cyrus also simulated fellatio on a Bill Clinton impersonator and writhed around on top of a car in a sparkling marijuana-print leotard in an earlier performance.
