The singer, dressed in a spangly bottom-hungry sequin leotard, was snapped attempting to put the blow-up in her mouth.
During her performance, the 'Wrecking Ball' singer asserted that everyone was a little gay, the Mirror reported.
The 21-year-old singer said that some people were just a little bit more gay than others.
Cyrus made the claim while paying tribute to a 23-year-old friend, who was celebrating his birthday at the iconic London night spot.
