A minor girl in Bihar's Nalanda District has levelled charges of kidnapping and rape against the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MLA from Nawada, Rajballabh Yadav.
According to reports, the girl went missing on February 6 and a case was registered at the Nalanda Police Station on February 9.
The girl has reportedly alleged that she was abducted and held captive at the Nawada MLA's residence.

The DIG of the area has issued orders to arrest the RJD MLA and initiated probe into the matter.
