Dr. Conrad Murray, who was held responsible for Michael Jackson's wrongful death in 2009, has filed a lawsuit against the State of Texas in an attempt to win back his medical license.

According to gossip website TMZ.com, the disgraced physician is more than 400,000 dollars in debt and can't even afford to pay court costs.

Murray was released from jail two years before his actual release date due to overcrowding and his good behaviour.
