Janata Dal (United) spokesperson K.C. Tyagi today described Prime Minister Narendra Modi's fourth Parivartan Rally in Bhagalpur as a "condolence meeting".
He was responding to Modi's description of Sunday's Swabhiman Rally as a "Tilaanjali Sabha".
"Prime Minister said that the Patna rally was a 'Tilaanjali' rally (rally of giving up), but in Bhagalpur today, it was a condolence meeting of the Bharatiya Janata Party. After their defeat in Bihar, there will be no condolence meeting of BJP," Tyagi told ANI
Tyagi also said such language is not expected of a prime minister.
At Tuesday's rally in Bhagalpur, Prime Minister Modi demanded that the Janata Pariwar give an account of the 'work' it had done in Bihar over the last 25 years.
