Mortal remains of brave soldiers being transported to their hometowns

The mortal remains of the two brave soldiers of the Indian Army, who lost their lives while foiling an infiltration bid by Pakistan sponsored terrorists in Kashmir, are being transported to their home towns today.

The bodies of the two brave soldiers, Sepoy Babloo Singh and Sepoy Vishal Chaudhary, which were flown from Srinagar, have landed at New Delhi by Indian Airlines flight IA 826.

They are being flown to the home towns of the brave soldiers by helicopters and are expected to reach their villages by the evening around 5 p.m.

Sepoy Babloo Singh was a resident of Jandipur village, Mathura. He was 29 years old and had been in service of the Indian army for 11 years. He is survived by his wife Ravita Devi and two children, a six year old son and a four year old daughter.

Sepoy Vishal Chaudhary was a resident of Ronda village in Buladhshahar, Uttar Pradesh. He was 30 years old and has been in service of the Indian Army for 11 years. He is survived by his wife Madhu Singh, two daughters and a son, who are six year old triplets.

A spike in terrorist activity has been witnessed in the Kashmir valley post the killing of the terrorist Burhan Wani on July 7.

The present infiltration bid was foiled in the Nowgam District of Kupwara in Kashmir where, in an earlier infiltration bid on July 25, four Pakistani terrorists were killed and one was captured alive.

In the encounter that has led to the martyrdom of these two brave soldiers, two terrorists, who had infiltrated from Pakistan, have been killed.

The terrorist captured from the previous encounter and identified as Bahador Ali alias Saifiullah is presently under interrogation of the NIA. He has confessed of being a Pakistani national hailing from Lahore.

Apart from the infiltration bid mentioned above, security forces have also killed two terrorists in Baramullah in the last few days.

There has been a constant stream of infiltration bids and terrorist activity that points towards Pakistan's continuing involvement in the region.

Experts look at this spike as a deliberate attempt by Pakistan to exploit the state of turmoil in the Kashmir Valley post the killing of Burhan Wani.

Apart from attempting to enhance the threshold of violence in the Kashmir valley Pakistan has also launched a vicious Propaganda campaign to discredit the counter terrorism posture adopted by India in Kashmir.

Pakistan has been trying to project Burhan wani as a freedom fighter and had even organised a "Black Day" to protest his killing.

Indian security forces are taking all necessary actions to neutralise these acts of violence being engineered by Pakistan. All infiltration bids have been neutralised and all terrorist initiated incident of violence have remained unsuccessful.
