Manchester United manager David Moyes has said that Robin Van Persie and Wayne Rooney constitute the best strike force in world football.
According to Metro.co.uk, in a week that has been dominated by talk of the partnership between Liverpool's Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge, the former Everton boss chose to hit back by praising his duo.
He insists Van Persie and Rooney is a better pair and would be a match for anybody in world football, the report said.
Moyes said that when the two are firing, they are the best, adding that they are incredibly talent; both natural goal-scorers and both can play in several positions.
