A patient was killed and three people were critically injured in a collision between an ambulance and a truck on Maihar-Rewa Road on Saturday.
The injured were immediately shifted to the nearby hospital for further treatment. The condition of injured people are said to be critical.
The reason behind the collision is yet to be ascertained.
