MP CM calls discusses water related issues with Uma Bharti

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan called on Union Minister of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation Uma Bharti here today and apprised her of the state's pending water related issues and sought early disposal of their demands.

Bharti assured Chouhan of all possible assistance and quick settlement of the issues raised by Madhya Pradesh.

The issues discussed were Jal Manthan, help under AIBP programme and beautification of Narmada and Shipra rivers to boost domestic and religious tourism in the state.

The meeting was held in a very cordial atmosphere.
