The kids of legendary boxer Muhammad Ali have paid touching tribute to him on social media.
Paying her tributes, Ali's daughter Rasheda Ali shared a picture with him, writing, "The Greatest Man that ever lived. Daddy my best friend & my Hero You R no longer suffering & now in a better place."
His daughter Hana Ali wrote on Instagram, "Our father was a 'Humble Mountain! And now he has gone home to God. Pray for the peace of his beautiful soul and for the happiness of his further journey. God bless you daddy. YOU ARE THE LOVE OF MY LIFE!."
She continued writing, "Our hearts are literally hurting. But we are so happy Daddy is free now. We all tried to stay strong and whispered in his ear, 'You can go now. We will be okay...you can go back to God now. All of us were around him, hugging and kissing him and holding his hands, chanting the Islamic prayer."
Muhammad's son Asaad Ali, his only child with fourth wife and widow Lonnie Williams, wrote on Instagram, "Forever grateful for everything you have ever gave me...You've shown me how to love the world in ways I didn't know possible. You've shown me how to be brave and courageous in situations beyond my belief! You've taught me so much the last 25 years things that will forever be imprinted in my soul."
Daughter Laila Ali posted a sweet picture of the boxing champion with her daughter Sydney on Facebook page, writing, "I love this photo of my father and my daughter Sydney when she was a baby! Thanks for all the love and well wishes. I feel your love and appreciate it!!"
The Sports and film fraternity have come in unison to mourn the death of the legendary boxer, who passed away at the age of 74 after losing his long-standing battle against Parkinson's disease.
The iconic figure, who also won an Olympic gold medal at the 1960 Rome Olympics, was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in the 1980s.
Muhammad will be laid to rest following a funeral in his hometown of Louisville, Kentucky on June 10 at the KFC Yum! Center.
The memorial service will be open to the public and live streamed at www.alicenter.org.
