'Narcos' star Pedro Pascal has landed a key role in the highly anticipated film 'Wonder Woman 2'.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Pascal will join Gal Gadot, who reprises her role as the Amazonian princess with Kristen Wiig playing villain Cheetah.
Just like the plot details, Pascal's role is still being kept under wraps in the Patty Jenkins-directorial.
This will be the second time the 'Game of Thrones' star will collaborate with Jenkins as the two have earlier worked on the TV movie 'Exposed.'
Jenkins' debut superhero movie 'Wonder Woman' shattered numerous records on its way to becoming the top-grossing film of all time from a female filmmaker with solo directing duties.
The sequel is set to hit the theatres on November 1, 2019.
