Nepalese American fashion designer to create new uniforms for Japanese airline

Prabal Gurung - a Nepalese American fashion designer - has been selected by Japan's largest airline, All Nippon Airways, to create new uniforms for its cabin attendants and ground crew.

The new uniforms which will be unveiled this summer will be worn by 10,000 ANA staff, the New York Daily News reported.

Gurung, who is based in New York, is known for dressing up First Lady Michelle Obama and Lady Gaga.
