An Islamic State (IS) fighter has released a new guide for fighters wherein he writes that they should make sure they have been to the toilet before undertaking any mission.
According to the Daily Star, the militants claimed that the terrorists should fill up their bottles before they go on duty.
The former Morrisons security guard has written a 16-point manual to give militants an insight to life fighting for IS in Syria.
He also compared a gun to the militant's wife in the guide saying that no one else should touch it.
His training handbook "A Word of Advice to the Newcomers in Sham: Advice for Those in Ribat" has been uploaded to an internet file-sharing site.
