Cameron Diaz, who recently tied the knot with Benji Madden, is eager to start a family, it has been revealed.
An insider told E! Online that the 42-year-old actress told Madden that she really wants a baby and then he asked the actress to marry as he is very old-fashioned.
The American actress had earlier said that if she wanted kids, at any point in life, she would have them but she was certain that if at any point she wanted a child, that child would find its way into her life, whether through adoption, or through being in a relationship with somebody who had a child.
The 'Annie' star tied the knot in a secret ceremony at their home in Beverly Hills, California.
