The National Investigation Agency (NIA) Court on Saturday sent three suspects who were deported from the United Arab Emirates to 10-days of police custody.
Earlier, the NIA arrested three alleged Indian propagandists and recruiters of the terror outfit Islamic State (IS).
The trio, believed to be members of the Abu Dhabi module of the IS, have been charged with conspiracy to carry out strikes in India and outside.
The NIA had registered a case against the three youth under Section 120B of the IPC and Section 18, 18-A, 18-B of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act, 1967.
Around 150 Indians are under surveillance for their alleged online links with ISIS.
As many as 30 other Indians, who were radicalised by the IS elements, were prevented from travelling to the conflict zone in the Middle East.
