Mandy Moore's alleged stalker, who was arrested on February 12, is off the hook now.
District attorney has rejected the case for lack of sufficient evidence, reports TMZ.com.
Law enforcement sources said that the man showed up at the 31-year-old songstress' home on two separate occasions.
He was screaming and trying to leave a note at her doorstep the first time and was arrested the second time for doing the same thing.
Moore filed a police report, while the law enforcement sources claimed that the guy is in his 40s and may be mentally ill.
