North Korea has reportedly warned US of nuclear measures if it did not end its provocations.
North Korean ambassador to the United Nations, Ri Tong-Li, said that Pyongyang was ready with measures to demonstrate the power of the self-defensive nuclear deterrent.
Ri said that the country was keeping itself restrained from taking the additional measures, adding that it was totally dependent on the attitude of the US, News 24 reported.
North Korea's nuclear threat reportedly comes in the wake of US's joint exercises with ally South Korea, which seems to have provoked the nation.
Meanwhile, Ri has also accused US of human rights conspiracies after a report by the UN commission last month, accusing North Korea of committing barbaric crimes against its own citizens.
