Researchers have developed a smartphone app that can help you get a good night's sleep and help you wake up in a good mood.
The Dream:ON plays a "soundscape" to evoke pleasant scenes such as woodland or a beach, the Mirror reported.
Hertfordshire University's Prof Richard Wiseman, who led a two-year study, said good dreams help people achieve a good mood on waking up.
He said that if someone chose the nature landscape then they were more likely to dream about greenery and flowers, and if they selected the beach soundscape then they were more likely to dream about the sun beating down on their skin.
Having positive dreams helps people wake up in a good mood, and boosts their productivity. He added.
