In an attempt to promote consumption of bread, the Federation of Bakers has come up with a brand new perfume, 'Eau de Toast', that will enable the user to smell hot buttered toast all day long.
The purpose of the scent is to remind women, what they're missing when they skip breakfast or avoid bread, the Daily Star reported.
The perfume was created as part of the Federation's Slice of Life campaign, which promotes bread in daily life.
Gordon Polson, a member of the federation, said that they wanted to find a way to reach young women and talk to them about breakfast and the benefits of eating sliced bread without lecturing them.
Polson asserted that 'Eau de Toast' lets their association do this in a fun way while making a point about diet and how to get the best start to the day.
The new fragrance has been developed using yeast top notes with a hint of caramel combined with complementary bittersweet and malty base notes to help give the overall impression of freshly toasted bread.
