Oprah Winfrey has reportedly given ultimatum to Lindsay Lohan, after she was a no show for OWN's project.
Winfrey went to Dina Lohan's house on Long Island and she and the 'Mean Girls' star had a huge showdown, where she told Lohan that if she doesn't clear up her act the project will be over, TMZ.com reported.
The 59-year-old reality TV also warned Lohan that she will not be paid her paycheck of 2 million dollars.
Sources have revealed that the 27-year-old actress made excuses that she was spending time trying to find an apartment in NYC, had other projects she was trying to finish and her people had "miscommunications" with the folks at OWN.
The former Disney star is said to be cooperating as things are running smooth with Winfrey keeping an eye on Lohan.
