Noted novelist J. K. Rowling has paid touching tribute to Harry Potter World employee Luis Vielma, who died in mass shooting in Orlando, Florida, on June 12.
The 50-year-old novelist sent red roses and carnations to Vielma's funeral along with a handwritten note that read as, "To Luis, who died for love. You will never be forgotten," E! Online reports.
Rowling had earlier mourned the loss of Luis, who worked at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, a popular theme park at Universal Studios in Orlando via Twitter, where she posted his picture dressed in his work attire.
"Luis Vielma worked on the Harry Potter ride at Universal. He was 22 years old. I can't stop crying. #Orlando," she tweeted.
At least 50 people were killed and more than 53 others were injured on Sunday after the mass shooting at Pulse, a gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida.
