Parijat Industries wins Sarvashrestha Suraksha Puraskar

Leading Indian agrochemical company, Parijat Industries (India) Pvt Ltd, has recently been conferred with the top level National Safety Awards, "Sarvashrestha Suraksha Puraskar" gold award for the year 2017.

Parijat Industries has received this award for its exemplary monitoring and implementation of effective safety systems and procedures during the assessment year.

The award was presented by Santosh Kumar Gangwar, Minister of State in the Ministry of Labour and Employment, at a function organised here.

The award was conferred for consistent and meritorious operational safety, performance and implementing occupational safety and health (OSH) management system procedures at its manufacturing plant at Ambala.

This is important because the recognition is coming from the National Safety Council, which comprises experts from various sectors and fields. The NSCI Safety Awards are much coveted national level awards in the field of occupational safety, health and environment and are given in recognition for effective Safety Management System and excellent safety and health performance by the organisations in manufacturing, construction and MSME sectors during the relevant assessment periods.
