One of the terrorists who was involved in the 13/11 carnage in Paris had visited two cities in the United Kingdom earlier this year to meet other terror suspects.
The Guardian reports that the unnamed terrorist managed to visit London and Birmingham before slipping away to Europe even though there was a terror alert. During his visit, he met with other terror suspects with the intention of plotting or assisting terrorist activity against the UK.
The terrorist then later became part of the serial attacks in Paris which plunged France into its biggest national security crisis since the Second World War.
The suspects he visited in UK are under investigation by MI5 and police counter-terrorism units.
A total of 11 terrorists were behind the attacks on Paris, which were carried out three weeks ago of which nine are dead and two are still loose.
