Paul Walker's daughter Meadow Rain Walker has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against automobile manufacturer Porsche over claims that 2005 Carrera GT Walker had flawed design that resulted in his father's death.
In her lawsuit, the 16-year-old and her lawyers alleged that there was no safety features in the Carrera GT which could have prevented the accident or at least would have allowed the 'Furious 7' actor to survive the crash, E! Online reports.
In a statement, Meadow attorney Jeff Milam said "The bottom line is that the Porsche Carrera GT is a dangerous car", adding that "It doesn't belong on the street. And we shouldn't be without Paul Walker or his friend, Roger Rodas."
Paul died in a car crush on November 30, 2013.
