The lawyer of paparazzi Sheng Li, who was accused of kicking Lara Bingle, has demanded that Lara Bingle should be charged for the "beat-down".
The lawyer has said that the model will have to pay financial damages to Li, as a strong message needs to be conveyed that this type of conduct is not "okay", News.com.au reported.
Ron Kuby claimed that he has video evidence supporting charges against her for not only attacking Li but filing a false police report.
The lawyer said that the footage shows that the 26-year-old model initiated the conversation by walking towards the paparazzi and then knocking his camera out of his hands, and the audio doesn't show her wincing in pain from the "alleged kick".
Kuby added that it was a beat-down in the street, which carries a criminal penalty that should be paid in addition to financial damages.
