Guess has named Indian star Priyanka Chopra as one of it's top models.

Paul Marciano, a founder of Guess, wrote in an email, referring to his first meeting with Chopra last spring that he knew instantly that he wanted to photograph her for Guess.

He said that Chopra is extremely talented and accomplished, and her wonderful personality comes through in her photos.

Marciano said that apart from Chopra's natural charisma, she's one of the most recognized and celebrated talents in India and international cinema, which factored into Guess's decision to cast her in its campaign.
