Lady Gaga has confessed that her recent depression bout made her feel like she was 'dying'.
The 'Applause' hitmaker said that she was feeling deep sadness and anger and became very depressed at the end of 2013, the Daily Express reported.
Gaga said that she was exhausted from fighting people off and couldn't even feel her own heartbeat, and that she had become cynical.
The 27-year-old singer stated that she felt like an anchor dragging her down everywhere she went and she didn't feel like fighting any more.
She claimed that the turning point in her life came on New Year's Day when she woke up crying again but finally decided to do something about it.
Gaga added that she said to herself that whatever is left in there, even just one light molecule, she has to find it and make it multiply for her music, fans and family.
