After the demise of 26-year-old Mac Miller, his family in a statement requested his followers to respect their 'privacy' at this sad hour.
In a statement released on Friday, the Miller's family said that the rapper was a "bright light in this world for his family, friends, and fans" and also thanked everyone for their "prayers", E! Online reported.
They further requested everyone to respect their "privacy" as there were "no further details as to the cause of his death."
The 'Self Care' rapper died of a possible drug overdose. His body was found in his California residence bedroom, reported TMZ.
