Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday chaired the 41st AGM of Nehru Memorial Museum and Library (NMML) Society.
The Prime Minister suggested that the NMML should attempt to maximize the use of technology to achieve a global presence. He said the work
of NMML should also be expanded to various Indian languages, to better reflect the diversity of India.
Prime Minister Modi further said that NMML should attempt to reflect the thoughts of India's great leaders such as Pt. Nehru, on contemporary themes such as good governance.
He said the youth of India could take tremendous inspiration from the great leaders who made this nation. In particular, he emphasized the need to imbibe the youth with Jawaharlal Nehru's scientific temper.
The Prime Minister thanked all the assembled members for their suggestions and inputs.
Home Minister Rajnath Singh and Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Culture Mahesh Sharma were also present at the meeting.
