Prez to release commemorative postage stamp of Old Seminary, Kottayam, Kerala

President Pranab Mukherjee will on Tuesday release a commemorative postage stamp on the bicentennial of the Orthodox Theological Seminary or Old Seminary, Kottayam, Kerala.

President Mukherjee will release the commemorative postage stamp at a function, which would be held at the Rashtrapati Bhavan.
