Prince William and Kate Middleton have been permitted to build a 60,000 pounds AstroTurf tennis court at Anmer Hall in Norfolk.

According to sources, the new tennis court will replace the previous dilapidated court, but will be moved 36 feet further away from the house to improve the view, reports E! Online.

It is being said that ten trees will be chopped down during the construction process, but several more will be planted as replacement. T project will not use public funds.
