India A have put themselves in a strong position to win the third unofficial Test against West Indies A being played at Hubli after captain Cheteshwar Pujara scored a triple century.
The visitors are currently at 116/3 and trail by another 180 runs with one day of play remaining.
India A will get another chance to bat in their second innings in case the West Indian side takes a slender lead and gives them a target to chase.
Pujara had earlier scored his triple century (306 not out) off 415 balls with 33 boundaries in 579 minutes on crease.
