Members of the Russian feminist punk rock protest group Pussy Riot, Nadezhda 'Nadya' Tolokonnikova and Maria Alyokhina, will reportedly appear in season 3 of the popular Netflix political drama "House of Cards".
According to the Washington Times, production insiders have revealed that the duo were spotted on the show's Baltimore set last week
The pair was sentenced to nearly two years in prison for their irreverent protest against Vladimir Putin in Moscow's main cathedral in 2012.
Tolokonnikova reportedly told the Wall Street in May that the two had met with House of Cards staff in New York to learn how to do a political movie.
Alyokhina said it was important for them to meet people who are doing political cinema in the US because it doesn't exist in Russia.
