Expressing his delight with the Bharatiya Janata Party's performance in assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir and Jharkhand, Union Minister Rajnath Singh on Tuesday said that one must wait for the final result.
"Let's wait for the final result, but the BJP's performance is very nice," said Singh.
So far in Jammu and Kashmir, Omar Abdullah has lost from Sonawar assembly constituency but won from Beerwah.
Meanwhile, PDP's Altaf Bukhari has defeated BJP's Hina Bhat in Amirakadal, Sajjad Lone of the People's Conference has won from Handwara and PDP's Mufti Mohd Sayeed has won from Anantnag.
National Conference's Devender Singh Raina has won from the Nagrota assembly constituency and party's Ali Mohammad Sagar has won from the Khanyar constituency.
