Rakhi Sawant files FIR after getting threats from Karni Sena

After being threatened for extending support for 'Padmavati,' Rakhi Sawant said she has filed an FIR against the Rajput Karni Sena members.

Earlier, in response to Rakhi's video, wherein she supported Sanjay Leela Bhansali and the stars of the film, Karni Sena allegedly declared that they will blacken her face for lending her support to the film.

While speaking to ANI, Rakhi said she has been getting threat calls and has alleged that the members have been making obscene remarks on her.

"I am a citizen of this country and I have a right to speak my mind. Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Shahid Kapoor are my friends and I am just supporting them. All I am saying is that Bhansali has shown nothing wrong in the film and that everyone should see it before protesting against it," said the 38-year-old.

Adding, "I have full confidence on the Mumbai police that they will protect me from these threats.
