Richard Gere to star in 'Best Exotic Marigold Hotel' sequel
Richard Gere will be starring in 'The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel 2' opposite Dame Judi Dench, Bill Nighy and Dev Patel, it has been revealed.
The production of the film, which will be directed by John Madden, has begun in India, the BBC reported.
The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel sequel will see Patel's character Sonny and hotel co-manager Muriel, played by Dame Maggie Smith, continue with their business.
The 2012 film earned more than 135 million dollars at the box office worldwide and was also nominated for a best British film Bafta and best picture Golden Globe.
