According to Richard Simmons' representative, the iconic fitness instructor is not in any danger, he has simply taken a break from the public eye.
His rep Estey has revealed that the 67-year-old fitness personality, who remained in the limelight for 40 years, is working behind the scenes to help those millions of people, who are in need of his assistance, adding that his several projects will be announced soon, People magazine reports.
Earlier, rumors surfaced that the 'Richard Simmons' Never Say Diet Book' author is being kept inside his home against his will.
Even some of his pals reportedly said that they hadn't heard from Simmons since 2013 and were very concerned.
However, previously Simmons himself had rubbish all the reports of his being missing, citing knee injury as a reason of his absence.
