Ringo Starr admits he was 'mad drunk' for 20 yrs post Beatles split

Ringo Starr has admitted that he drank a lot after the Beatles broke up.

Former Beatles drummer said that he was mad after the fab four split, which pushed him towards drinking and so some of those years are absolutely gone, Stuff.co.nz reported.

The 74-year-old also mentioned that Paul McCartney pulled a few strings to get him into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
