Jason O'Mara is set to star alongside 'Fifty Shades Of Grey' star Jamie Dornan in upcoming flick 'Jadotville.'
The film, which will be helmed by Richie Smyth's, is based on the 1961 siege of an Irish UN battalion by 3,000 Congolese troops led by French and Belgian mercenaries of mining companies, Deadline.com reported.
O'Mara will play the role of Company Sgt. Jack "Sarge" Prendergast, Dornan's right-hand man.
Netflix acquired worldwide rights for the project, which will be produced by Parallel Films' Alan Moloney. Screenplay was penned by Kevin Brodbin.
